Aniket Gupta

Aniket Gupta is a self taught designer who started out with working in a footwear unit in Agra learning the basic structure of footwear manufacturing working with artisans as a worker. Then, he trained from the Footwear Design & Development Institute, Kolkata and gained deeper experience. His passion and vision was to create a shoe boutique where anyone can get a bespoke pair of shoes as per their anatomical structure of their feet. He left his secured job and then set up his unit employing full time workers and using old techniques of shoe making like blakestich, goodyear welted construction, etc. “Each foot is unique, and to one size fits all is a myth. The left and right foot are different usually in terms of length, toe-ball width, instep girth, etc.”

We all suffer this problem that every other brand has different fitting of the same size. Hence, the search is continuous for a correct, tailored pair of footwear and exists for all individuals. It is an intriguing task to hand-craft every item meticulously which requires passion, time and attention to detail. To fulfill this mission, we bring you, Aniket Gupta couture. It is a label dedicated to measure, hand-craft and tailor to the needs of every individual's requirement for shoes, wallets, bags, jackets, leather care kits, etc. hereby, bringing it all under one roof.
